1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ServiceLeo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
ServiceLeo is a cloud-based scheduling platform that enables users to create booking pages, manage calendar availability, automate notifications, and accept payments. The Service includes our web application, APIs, and related services.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of ServiceLeo. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred without our consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ServiceLeo to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service
- Collect user data without consent
- Use the platform for adult content, gambling, or illegal services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
ServiceLeo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are not provided for partial periods, except where required by law
- We may change prices with 30 days' notice
6. Intellectual Property
ServiceLeo and its content (logos, designs, copy, software) are owned by Haezum Ventures Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service as described in these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create on ServiceLeo (booking pages, forms, custom content). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display, transmit, and process it solely to deliver the Service.
7. Third-Party Services
ServiceLeo integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Stripe, Zoom). Your use of these integrations is governed by those services' terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceLeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to ServiceLeo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days' notice (or immediately for serious violations).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
